Are you a big fan of Lifetime’s Married At First Sight? No, we haven’t heard of it, either. It’s apparently a reality show where two people are paired up by “relationship experts” and have to agree to get married upon their first meeting. The show is currently in its fifth season. Per Wikipedia, 10 of the 12 couples from the first four seasons are now divorced. Fun.

Anyway, this year’s season is based in Chicago, but includes a visit to Milwaukee. The Milwaukee episode will premiere Thursday, July 20, at 8 p.m., and will feature three local businesses: The Brewhouse Inn & Suites, Brenner Brewing Co., and Fun Beer Tours Milwaukee. Fun!

To celebrate, the trio of businesses will host a public viewing party at Brenner on the 20th, from 7-11 p.m. Here are the details:

7 p.m. – Free pizza slices, games (bags, giant Jenga, more)

8 p.m. – Viewing of Married At First Sight episode on large HD projection screen

9 p.m. – Free retro dance party from Third Coast DJs.

Brenner will have beer specials on tap throughout the evening, and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel writer Kathy Flanigan will be around to chat about her new book, Beer Lover’s Wisconsin. Fun!
