Thursday afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington D.C., Wisconsin governor and presidential hopeful Scott Walker was asked how he would handle international threats to our country and the world, like ISIS. He replied with this zinger: “If I can take on 100,000 protesters, I can do the same across the world.” Sigh.
