If there was a website called “Is it Summerfest yet?” today it would read “Yes.” The 48th annual Big Gig kicks off today at noon, and brings with it all the sights, sounds, smells, and jorts Milwaukee has come to expect from the “World’s Largest Music Festival.” Also in tow is the ever-popular Sky Glider. The souped-up horizontal ski lift covers the bulk of the expansive Henry Maier Festival Park, and gives riders a chance to get from one end of the grounds to the other in comfort and style. It also gives some riders a chance to freak out, be obnoxious, annoy their significant others, or interview up and coming R&B artists. We love these people. So, in honor of Summerfest’s opening day, let’s watch some videos of people fucking around on the Sky Glider.
